Sick Fizz are a Sydney based rock and roll outfit incorporating elements of boogie, proto punk and powerpop into their formidable arsenal. These cats promise to get your party started and STAY started.

The band is the brainchild of Foxy Von Fizz (guitar/vox), a familiar figure in the Sydney underground rock scene who cut his teeth in 90s skate punk clowns Nancy Vandal. From there his flyer and tshirt designs launched a lowbrow art career  that has seen his illustration and animation grace the album covers, tshirts and music videos of countless bands the world over. He is also the primary force behind psychedelic retro rockers The Neptune Power Federation.

It's not his band mates first rodeo either. Faff La Fizz (bass/vox/sax) and Dave JaVu (drums/vox) have also been banging away at their ill reputed craft in the Australian scene for decades with bands such as The Del-Emmas, The Exiles, Peabody and The City Lights.

Sick Fizz's debut album We Fucked This City On Rock & Roll was a Von Fizz studio project recorded in 2023 that quickly took off in the Australian rock and roll underground before gathering steam overseas.  High demand saw the Fizz became a functioning live entity in time for the release of their 2nd album The Future Is The Pits released worldwide on Deadbeat Records in early 2024 and
before long they were sharing stages with high profile acts such as The Hard-Ons, The Meanies, Guitar Wolf, The Chats, Frenzal Rhomb and Buffalo.

2025 will see the arrival of their 3rd album "Takin' Care Of Fizzness" and their first European tour
